Undergraduate HEC Scholarships for Balochistani Coastal Areas are being announced by Higher Education Commissions. The “Coastal Region Higher Education Scholarship Programme for Balochistan” project is seeking applications from deserving students in the districts of Gwadar, Lasbela/Hub, Kech (Turbat), and Awaran who plan to pursue undergraduate studies at HEC-recognized public and private sector universities and degree awarding institutions (DAs) of Pakistan. Scholarships are available in all fields of study.
Online applications are accepted. The application deadline is February 07, 2025.
Qualifications HEC Scholarships for Balochistani Coastal Areasip
The applicant must be a resident of any of the following districts in Balochistan: Gwadar, Lasbela Hub, Kech (Turbat), or Awaran. The candidate must have finished 12 years of schooling with a minimum of 50% in both the Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSSC) and the Secondary School Certificate (SSC), or its equivalent.
The applicant must have earned a Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSSC) or its equivalent from a college or institution in one of the following districts in Balochistan: Gwadar, Lasbela/Hub, Kech (Turbat), or Awaran.
Students may also apply if they were enrolled in any BS program prior to the advertisement for a maximum of one academic year or session.
No more than one student could be enrolled in any BS program prior to the advertisement. As of the closing date, the maximum age is 22 years old.To be admitted to the BS program, applicants must fulfill the requirements set forth by the university and HEC.Candidates who have already received another HEC or government scholarship are not permitted to apply. vii. Students who are awaiting results cannot apply.year or session may also be relevant.
Important Information
According to PC-1, scholarships will be given out based on merit and district quota.
Academic credentials and the results of the HEC-conducted aptitude test will be used to shortlist applicants.
Candidates must pass the HEC test with at least 50% of the possible points.
A merit The list of scholarships will be created using the data and information that applicants submit online. Any deception, mistake, or omission will result in the scholarship being revoked.

The Balochistan Coastal Region Scholarship Application Process
Online applications must be submitted via the HEC website at https://scholarships.hec.gov.pk. Applications and other documentation do not now need to be in hard copy. Using a 1Link 1bill invoice, candidates will deposit the 500 rupee fee through participating banks, ATMs, Internet banking, Mobil App, EasyPessa, JazCash, or UPaisa . After choosing the 1Link 1bill service, launch your mobile app, log in, pick Bill Payment or Payment Services, and then input the customer number that the HEC Portal generated. After reviewing the information, make the payment. Click the “Verify Online Payment” option on the payment screen via the HEC Scholarship site after making your payment using the 1Link 1bill Invoice.
After filling out the application, the candidate needs to SUBMIT the online application. Applications that are saved but not full will not be taken into consideration. HEC maintains the right, at any time and for any cause, to halt or postpone the scholarship application process.
Deadline: Online applications must be submitted by February 07, 2025.
Applicants must apply well in advance of the closing date in order to receive support in the event of any inconvenience, and they are encouraged to often check their emails and the HEC website for any updates.
