The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) issues the B-Form, also known as the Child Registration Certificate (CRC), for the purpose of registering all minors and newborn children of Pakistani nationals.
A child’s registration with the NADRA B-Form fee revision for February 2025 is a fundamental right since it is necessary for a number of processes, including applying for a passport and taking board exams.
Obtaining child registration certificates has been made easier by NADRA’s ability to automate the procedure.
By presenting official proof of childbirth from the union council, CRC can be obtained. The National Identity Card (NIC) or National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis (NICOP) must be held by the parent.
According to the regulations, parents must register their newborns within three months of the child’s birth.

یونین کونسل سے بچے کی پیدائش کا سرکاری ثبوت پیش کر کے CRC حاصل کیا جا سکتا ہے۔ قومی شناختی کارڈ (NIC) یا بیرون ملک مقیم پاکستانیوں کے لیے قومی شناختی کارڈ (NICOP) والدین کے پاس ہونا ضروری ہے۔
ضوابط کے مطابق والدین کو بچے کی پیدائش کے تین ماہ کے اندر اپنے نوزائیدہ بچوں کا اندراج کرنا ہوگا۔

B-Form Application Procedure
- 1. You must first bring the child’s computerized birth certificate to the closest NADRA office, along with one parent or a guardian approved by the court.
- 2. One parent will be the applicant, and the other will serve as a verifier if both parents are present.
- 3. If only one parent is available, a Gazetted Officer or public representative (such as an MNA, MPA, or municipal official) must verify the application form.
- 4. The child must be present in order to receive the identity card.
- 5. Take a picture of the youngster and, if the child is ten years old or older, their fingerprints.
NADRA B-Form fee revision for February 2025
Nadra has not altered the fee schedule for issuing B-Forms as of February 2025. The executive charge for the B-Form is Rs 500, whereas the standard fee for the identity document is Rs 50.
